Gluten free, dairy free cake which was meant to be layered with colours..Instead it came out with a rather cool line from pink to purple! Covered in marzipan mmmmm

I'd forgotten how much I missed libraries, our nearest English language one is over 30 mins drive away.
That's such a shame it is so far away Emma. I used to live in a very rural area so never got to my library I am so lucky to have a local one just on my doorstep. Thanks for taking you time to comment :-) Hannah
